Yellow Card Launches Global Accounts to Simplify Cross-Border Business Payments

Yellow Card, a stablecoin infrastructure provider, has launched Global Accounts, a new service enabling businesses to open accounts in US dollars, British pounds and euros to manage international payments through a single platform.

The service allows businesses to open named accounts in the three currencies through established banking partners and send and receive funds using ACH, SWIFT and Fedwire payment networks. It also supports local payment systems across more than 50 currencies in over 190 countries.

Businesses can access the service through a single application programming interface (API) or Yellow Card’s Treasury Portal, reducing the need to establish separate financial infrastructure in every market where they operate.

The offering also includes managed bank account structures for platforms requiring additional regulatory coverage, allowing them to issue named accounts directly to their customers.

“Businesses shouldn’t need a new banking relationship every time they enter a new market,” said Chris Maurice, Yellow Card’s chief executive officer and co-founder.

He said the service provides a unified infrastructure for moving, managing and accessing money across markets without requiring businesses to rebuild their financial operations country by country.

The launch builds on Yellow Card’s existing payments infrastructure, which has processed more than $10 billion in transaction volume. The company operates under nine active licences and registrations globally.

Businesses interested in the service can book a consultation with Yellow Card to learn more about its capabilities.
